OBITUARY Tina Frances Koltcz December 31, 1923 – January 4, 2019 Waltina “Tina” Frances Koltcz, age 95, of Beech Grove, Indiana passed away on Friday January 4, 2019. Tina was born December 31, 1923 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Virgil Lyons and Nancy (Lucas) Hayes. She is also preceded in death by her step-father, Virgil Hayes; husband, Leo Koltcz; and siblings, James, Donald, Virginia, Ethel, and Patty.

Tina was always happy and singing as she loved music, especially the crooner types like Frank Sinatra, Michael Buble, and Tony Bennett. She worked over 20 years with Vernon Insurance and later in life from age 75-85 at K-Mart. She enjoyed bowling, making silk floral arrangements, painting, and visits to the casino.

Tina is survived by her children and step-children, Cassandra, Noel, Lisa, Lori, and Joe; 11 grandchildren; and many great grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, January 10, 2019 from 10 am to 12 pm in the Chapel at Holy Cross Cemetery, 2446 S Meridian St. Indianapolis, Indiana 46225 with burial to follow.
