He is survived by his loving wife, Luz Lara, sons, Jaime Lara, Lorenzo Lara, Jorge Lara, Tirzo Lara, daughters, Rosa Patricia Longoria, Fabiola Angelica Moreno, Luz Elena Garcia, Maria de Carmen Lara, Veronica Contreras, 17 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. A visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Sunday, April 15, 2018 at Sunset Funeral Home-Americas, 9521 North Loop Dr. with a prayer service at 6:00 p.m. A funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m., Monday April 16, 2018 at Sunset Funeral Home-Americas.
