Stanley Todd Marshall, age 55, passed away Friday, June 1, 2018 in Las Vegas, Nevada, with his wife and family by his side. He was born March 4, 1963 in St. George, Utah, the middle child of three sons born to Gary Lynn and Susan Kathleen Whitmore Marshall. On October 3, 1987 he married his love, Cozette Colleen Lakatos in Logandale, Nevada, and together had three beautiful children.

Todd lived most of his life in Moapa Valley. There he and Cozette built three homes for their family. He spanned his career, some 29 years, as a Heavy Equipment Operator and Foreman for Las Vegas Paving.

He was a proud and devoted employee and had the utmost respect for the people he worked with. Outside of work, Todd loved being on his boat, camping, and off-roading. These activities were valued time spent with his family and he was truly at peace when on the lake with them.

He got a thrill out of driving fast, flashy cars. He also enjoyed learning about history and collecting antiques. Soft spoken and quiet, Todd was thoughtful, a loyal friend, smart, witty and genuine.

He loved his children and devoted his life to providing for them. He was so excited about the newest family addition, granddaughter Riley K. Survivors include his wife, Cozette; two daughters and one son: Nicolette (Ryan) Emmitt of Las Vegas, NV; Callie of N. Las Vegas; Thane of Phoenix, AZ; one granddaughter, Riley Emmitt; his father, Gary (Vikki) Marshall of Logandale, NV; Kathy Jones of Overton, NV; four brothers and one sister: Ken (Tami) of Logandale, NV; John (Debbie) of Las Vegas, NV; David (Denise) of Seattle, WA; Richard Jones (Jen) of St. George, UT and Angie Jones of Southern Utah. Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 9, 2018 at 11 a.m. at the Logandale LDS Hinckley Chapel.

A visitation will be from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. prior to services at the chapel. Interment will follow in the Logandale Cemetery.
