Tommie Jean Massey, age 84, of Cherokee Village Arkansas went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 18, 2018. Mrs. Massey was born April 10, 1934 to the late Thomas Edward Moore and the late Ola Dell (Goldman) Moore in Philadelphia, Mississippi. Tommie married Yates Massey in the year 1950.

She was an LPN for most of her working life. She is preceded in death by her parents and a son Michal Dewayne Massey, and her sister Estelle Nowell. There will be a visitation held Thursday September 20, 2018 at the Wortham Funeral Home Oak Hill Chapel from 4:00PM-6:00PM with a funeral service held Friday, September 21, 2018 at 10:00AM at Wortham Funeral Home Oak Hill Chapel. A private Interment will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery. Donations can be made in Tommie Massey’s name to the American Cancer Society.

Arrangements are by Wortham Funeral Home.
