Tommy Horn, 54, of Preston died Tuesday, Feburary 5, 2019 at his home. A native of Sumter County, he was born June 20, 1964 to the late John Nevin Horn, Sr. and Lilly Doris Cox Horn. He loved spending time with his family and worked hard to take care of them.

He also enjoyed fishing, shooting pool, and building things. A memorial service will be held at 12 noon, Friday, February 8th at the family home at 55 Rural Hill Church Road in Preston.
