Survivors include his fiancé, Khristine Dornquast; two sons, Chance and Alex; a step-son, Benny Dornquast; two step-daughters, Tasha Dornquast and Shaily Thorpe; his mother, Mary Tate; two brothers, Rick Beach and John Henderson; three sisters, Tammie VanOrman, Brenda Henderson, and Keisha Coffee; and four grandchildren.
