Tracey Arthurs-Kelly, 55, of O’Fallon Missouri, died Tuesday December 4, 2018 at the St. Louis University Hospital in Missouri after a long illness. Born September 17, 1963 in Kingston, she is the daughter of Jean Brandt.

A supportive mother; Tracey will be fondly remembered as a strong advocate for autism awareness and traveling with her daughter for state and national golf tournaments. She was also a dog lover, avid reader and gardener. In addition to her mother, Tracey is survived by her husband Leo Kelly; her children, Geoffrey Cole and Leigha Kelly; her sister, Heidi-Jo Brandt-Pagan and her husband Victor; her aunts and uncles who were very special to her, Linda and Charlie Cecelia, Bob Miller and Joann Arthurs-Miller.

A Godfather Judson Hornbeck. Her father William Puetz died previously. His children survive; Lisa, Sherry, William, Jr. and Tyler Puetz, Nicole Petrone-Pallares and her husband Alex and Priscilla Petrone-Baker and her husband Joseph.

Many nieces and nephews as well as cousins also survive. One uncle George “Billy” Arthurs died previously.
