OBITUARY Valentina Elizabeth Pitre December 9, 1967 – September 8, 2018 Play Tribute Movie Valentina Elizabeth Pitre, age 50, of Mont Belvieu, Texas, passed peacefully on Saturday, September 8, 2018, surrounded by her loving family. Valentina was born on December 9, 1967 in Lake Charles, Louisiana to Elaine Ray. She graduated from Lake Charles Boston High School in 1985 and attended Southern University.

She and Kevin Pitre married on January 19, 1988 and lived in Texas for 30 years. She was an office administrator of Texas Southern University for 9 years until she became ill. Valentina was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Mont Belvieu, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her father, James Ray Sr.; brother, James Ray Jr.; and grandmother, Sarah Johnson. Valentina is survived by her husband, Kevin Pitre; daughters Jasmine and Kourtney Pitre; mother, Elaine Ray; sister, Debbie Lemonier; brother, Derrick Ray; biological father, Delbert Deville; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. A time of visitation will be held on Friday, September 14, 2018 from 9-11AM at Earthman Funeral Home, 3919 Garth Rd, Baytown, TX.

Funeral Mass will immediately follow the visitation at 11:30AM at St. John Catholic Church, 800 W. Baker Rd, Baytown, TX.
