Val graduated from Kamehameha Schools, served in the United States Air Force and was a well-known contractor and developer. He is survived by his beloved wife Barbara; siblings Valerie Imanaka and Rowena Blaisdell (Bill); daughters Katherine Peroff and Kristi Lefforge (Kevin); grandchildren Isaiah Peroff, Kiana Peroff, Logan Lefforge and Lindsey Lefforge; great-grandchildren Isaac Peroff-Salsedo and Jeremiah Peroff-Salsedo. Visitation at 10:00am and services at 11:30am on Saturday, December 15, 2018, at Bishop Memorial Chapel at Kamehameha Schools Kapalama campus.
