OBITUARY Vance Adrian Webb June 10, 1943 – July 12, 2018 Play Tribute Movie Hope Mills Mr. Webb, 75, passed away at home on 7/12/2018. He was an avid motorcycle enthusiast, who also enjoyed skeet shooting and sweets. He was a veteran who served loyally in the Army for 20 years before retiring and transitioning into being a commercial truck driver for about 23 years; he drove for Watkins Trucking Company and Walmart.

Vance was devoted to his family and was a faithful member of the Lighthouse Baptist Church. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Marsha, as well as his 4 children and 2 stepchildren; daughters Leslie LuAnn Webb, from Damascus, VA, and Andi Webb from Hope Mills, NC; and sons Vance Curtis Webb from St. Pauls, NC, and Paul Adrian Webb from Hope Mills, NC; 2 stepdaughters, Robin Fowler of Hope Mills, NC, and Kimberly McIlwain of Red Springs, NC. Mr. Webb is also the proud Patriarch of 14 Grandchildren and 8 Great-grandchildren.

He leaves behind his 2 sisters; Annie Hobbs of Forest City, NC, and Nancy Turner of Cornelius, NC. Vance Webb was preceded in death by his father, Victor Webb, and his mother, Leona. Visitation for Vance Webb will be held at Lighthouse Baptist Church in Hope Mills on Saturday, 14 July, 2018 from 9-11 am, with the service at 11 am.

The burial service will be held at Sandhills Veterans Cemetery on 20 July, 2018 at 10:00 am with full military honors.
