Vanessa Lynn Simek-Dore, age 31, passed away on February 20, 2019 surrounded by family. She was born in Euclid on October 9, 1987 to Thomas Simek and Diana Bohinc. Vanessa made many amazing memories with her family and friends throughout her life that will be forever cherished.

She will be rememered for her big heart and would often do anything to help out family and friends. Most of all, family was her life. Vanessa enjoyed every moment she was able to spend with her family and kids.

She is going to be dearly missed by everyone that knew her. Vanessa was the beloved wife of Benjamin Dore of 10 years; a proud mother of Ariel, Dylan, and Noah; a loving daughter of Thomas (Robin) Simek and Diana (Tom) Bohinc; a cherished sister of Bryan (Amanda) Simek, Shawn Simek, Samantha Bohinc, McKenzie Kowalewski, Brandi (Derek) Lovely, and Dennie Scott; a loved granddaughter of Kitty “Ya Ya” Bohinc, and Judy Wilt; and a niece, cousin, and friend to many more. She was preceded in death by her loving grandparents Thomas and Delores Simek, and Martha and Frank Kowalewsi, Tom Bohinc Sr., and Harold Wilt.

Family will receive friends from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Monreal Funeral Home 35400 Curtis Blvd. , Eastlake. A funeral service will immediately follow at 8 PM at Monreal Funeral Home.
