He loved and cared for his three daughters Olivia, Victoria, and Tamara Lovell. He also lived alongside his mother Patrica Jetter, and brothers Brian Jetter and Kevin Lovell.

Vaughn was a wonderful father, son, and brother and he will be deeply missed. His presence brought life to the room and his memory will forever bring happiness and warmth to our hearts. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 2, 2019, at 2:00 pm, at Geo H. Rohde & Son Funeral Home.
