Obituary for Veda Costella Sinclair Veda Costella Sinclair, a retiree of Jefferson Parish, died Saturday, July 28, 2018 at Our Lady of Wisdom Healthcare Center. She was 90. Mrs. Sinclair was born in Algiers, LA and lived in Gretna, LA for the past 70 years.

She graduated from Martin Behrman High School. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 56 years, Floyd A. Sinclair. She is survived by her daughter, Deborah Sinclair Ducote (Jonathan), two granddaughters, Megan Ducote Steel (Thomas) and Halie Leann Ducote and step-great granddaughter, Kinley Elizabeth Steel.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Visitation at Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church, 400 Verret Street, Algiers, LA on August 1, 2018 from 10am until 12noon. A Funeral Mass will follow at 12 noon. Interment, Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
