Vera Mae Moore of Felton passed away Tuesday, December 4, 2018, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was 90. Vera was born on February 26, 1928 in Dover, Delaware, daughter of the late Harvey and Elva Laramore Timmons.

She is preceded in death by her husband Philip M. Moore on August 9, 2012 and a daughter Patricia Moore on May 9, 2009. Vera is survived by her son Philip George Moore and special friend Beth Foote, of Felton, grandson Philip Howard Moore and his wife Stephanie of Smyrna, special friend Jeannette Pippin of West Virginia. Also the family would like to thank Delaware Hospice and special caregivers Katie and Anna.

Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests Vera be remembered by contributions to Delaware Hospice, 911 S. DuPont Hwy. , Dover, DE 19901.
