Vernon Pulver, age 89 of Rio, passed away Monday, May 27, 2019 at Randolph Health Services. Vernon was born March 27, 1930 in Springvale Township, the son of Dewey and Pearl (Watters) Pulver. Vernon graduated from Pardeeville High School and worked for Everbrite, formerly GIC in Pardeeville as an Electrical Assembler.

Vernon served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and was avid at watching sports. Survivors include many nephews, nieces, friends, and one brother-in-law.

Vernon was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Delbert, Robert and Alvin Pulver; sisters, Jena Ritter and Shirley Cornford; one brother-in-law and two sisters-in-law. Private graveside services with military honors will be held at Ohio Cemetery in Rio.
