On December 15, 2018 Vernon “Vern” J. Foltz devoted husband of the late Marlyn Foltz (nee Boss); beloved father of Kathleen LeBrun and her husband Tim and David Foltz; loving “Pop” of Christine, Michael, Nick and Stephanie; cherished “Pop-Pop” of Josh, Ryan, Isaac, Kaylin, Michael Jr. and Cody; dear brother of Jane Foltz, the late Dan Foltz, the late Buck Foltz, the late Joe Foltz, the late Calvin “Cak” Foltz and the late Doris Routzan. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends. A funeral service will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Es, 300 Mace Avenue on Thursday at 11 am.

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday from 3-5 and 7-9 pm. Interment at Moreland Memorial Park.
