Vicki Lynn Williams, 55, of Lancaster, died peacefully at home, Tuesday, April 30, 2019. Born in Lancaster on July 16, 1963 she was the daughter of Edward Rankin and his wife, Shirley of East Earl and the late Ruth (Lawrence) Graver. Vicki was a loving mother and grandmother.

She was a member of Wrightsville Assembly of God and enjoyed reading, collecting bunnies, and cooking. She had an infectious personality and loved the holidays, especially Christmas festivities. In addition to her father, Vicki is survived by her daughters, Alicea M. Collins and her husband, Patrick of Wrightsville and Alexis L. Williams of Mechanicsburg; her brother, James Rankin with whom she lived; her sister, Tammy Nathan and her husband, William of Delaware; and her 6 grandchildren, Patricia, Patrice, Patrick, Alayna, Danielle, and David.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 9, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Wrightsville Assembly of God, 365 Orange Street, Wrightsville, PA 17368, with Pastor Aaron McNatt officiating. There will be a viewing at the church on Thursday from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. In keeping with Vicki’s wishes, the service will be followed by cremation. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Vicki’s memory may be made to the Etzweiler Funeral Home, 1111 East Market Street, York, PA 17403, to help defray funeral expenses.
