Vicki Lynn Orban, 60 of Wintersville, Ohio passed away Friday, February 15, 2019 at Trinity Medical Center West. She was born September 25, 1958 in Steubenville, Ohio a daughter of George and Carolyn (Green) Bickerstaff of Wintersville. In addition to her parents she is survived by her daughter, Samantha (Justin) Shear of Powell, Ohio; son, Harry (Meghan) Orban of Steubenville; brother, Brian Bickerstaff of Wintersville; two sisters, Connie Tuggle of North Charleston, SC and Beth (Greg) Horton, Mt.

Pleasant, SC; five grandchildren, Sophia, Lilly, Izabella Orban, Maxwell and Camilla Shear; several nieces and nephews; and her best friend, Jane Kleineke. Vicki was a graduate of Wintersville High School and was employed by AAA in Weirton. Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd.

, Wintersville on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Funeral services on Tuesday at 11 am with Pastor Larry Hukill officiating. Burial will follow at Fort Steuben Burial Estates.
