Vicki Lyn (Sabine) Luisi passed away peacefully on Monday, November 19, in her apartment in San Francisco at the age of 46. She was in the care of loved ones at the time of her passing. Sabine graduated high school at C.M. Russell High School in Great Falls, Montana.

After high school, she moved to the Bay Area, where she attended art school; studied the healing arts of massage and acupressure; and worked in home heath care. Sabine was a free spirit and left the Bay Area for several years to travel across the U.S. without a set agenda. She eventually returned to San Francisco and made it her home, where she was an active member of her community.

During that time she became a respected office manager at a holistic medical practice, where she also offered nutritional guidance to patients. Throughout her life, Sabine was a talented artist and genuine inspiration to those around her. She had a deep sense for helping others and will be remembered for her gentle heart, love for art and nature, and playful mischief.

Her final journey was one of togetherness, love, happiness and friendship. Sabine’s final resting place in the beautiful and historic Tulocay Cemetery in Napa is near one of the special redwood trees she so adored. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Save the Redwoods League, World Wildlife Fund – Save the Tigers, or The Cultural Conservancy.
