Vicky Ann Mills, Age 70, of Blanchester, Ohio, passed away late Thursday night, February 28, 2019 at home after a struggle with cancer. She was born June 27, 1948 in Wilmington, Ohio, daughter of the late James Richard & Norma Jean (Lunsford) Davis. On December 29, 1984 in Harveysburg, Ohio, she married Clarence W. Mills, who survives.

Vicky had worked for the Cincinnati Milicron in Wilmington. In addition to her husband, other surviving family members are her son- Daniel J Shotts; sister- Pam (Hascal) Combs of Wilmington; a brother- Randy (Jana) Davis, Wilmington; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Vicky was preceded in death by her sister- Brenda Stewart; and brothers- Mike & Jeffrey Davis.
