Obituary Victor Burgess, 97, of Gallipolis went home to be with the Lord on May 11, 2019 at Abbyshire Place in Bidwell, Ohio. Victor was born on July 19, 1921 in Manton, Michigan to the late Bernice Burgess and the late Warren Harris. He was raised by his grandparents, Ira and Maggie Burgess, who preceded him in death.
