OBITUARY Victoria Cervantes Youngblood March 13, 1959 – September 30, 2018 Play Tribute Movie Victoria Cervantes Youngblood was born March 13, 1959 in Crystal City Texas. Victoria passed away after a long battle with Cancer at the age of 59 September 30, 2018. Victoria was a strong woman in both body and spirit.

She used this spirit and determination to educate herself and move forward with her life. Victoria dedicated her life to helping others as a Domestic Violence Counselor/Family Therapist. Also, Victoria stood against animal cruelty and was one of the few Animal Cruelty Therapists within Colorado.

Bilingual, Victoria was also an outspoken advocate for migrant workers and immigrants from other countries. Family and friends benefitted from all the love, strength, and compassion Victoria exhibited throughout her life. Victoria was dedicated to her husband of 27 years, Michael, her mother Simona, her sister, her brothers, and her niece and nephews; whom she raised as if her own children.

Victoria will be missed. On Friday October 5th, at 10 AM, a viewing will be held at Mountain View Mortuary, 2350 Montebello Square Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80918 for anyone who wishes to celebrate her life. Refreshments will be served during the celebration.

The family asks in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region – 610 Abbot Lane, Colorado Springs, CO 80905. www.
