Victoria “Vicki”‘s Obituary Victoria “Vicki” Kershaw of Silver Creek died Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at her home. Funeral services are 10:00 am on Friday, May 10, 2019 at the United Methodist Church in Silver Creek. Visitation is on Thursday from 5-7 pm at the United Methodist Church in Silver Creek and continues on Friday morning from 9-10 am, also at the church.

Interment is in the Silver Creek Cemetery. Victoria “Vicki” Kershaw was born July 9, 1936 in Burwell, NE to John and Margaret (Hansen) Banks. She grew up in Grand Island and graduated from Grand Island High School before going on to Kearney State Teachers College.

Vicki moved to Silver Creek where she taught grade school. On December 20, 1958, Vicki was united in marriage to Eugene Kershaw at the Nazarene Church in Grand Island. Vicki was a housewife raising her 4 children.

Vicki loved playing the piano and drawing. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Silver Creek where she taught Sunday school and MYF. Vicki was also a member of the Legion Auxiliary.
