Vincent Kellogg was born on December 15, 1948 to Evelyn and Robert Golday in Cleveland, Ohio. Vincent was the owner of Vesco Technical for many years. He enjoyed photography, golphing, traveling, scuba diving, tennis and bowling.

Vincent was a member of Olivet Institutional Baptist Church since 2010 and a member of the Innovative Corvettes Club. He was a beloved husband of Carolynn, a cherished father of Deidra Kellogg-Okoye and Vernon Kellogg, and a dear grandfather of Lauren Okoye with a host of family and friends.
