Obituary for Vincent Maddox Vincent Maddox Grovetown, GA – Mr. Vincent Jay Maddox, 69, entered into rest Thursday, November 29, 2018. Mr. Maddox was born in Pennsylvania but has lived in Georgia for several years. He was a disabled Army veteran who served in Vietnam and loved music.

Family members include his daughter: Megan Maddox-Deering (Michael); brother: Colby A. Maddox; sister: Joyce Mullis-Keith; nieces: Buffy Drawdy (Tony), Tamie Grant, and Kristy Ward; and numerous grand nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be Monday, December 3, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Rev. Robert Ray officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to United Forces, 701 Greene St., Suite 104, Augusta, GA 30901. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, beginning at 10:00 A.M., at Thomas Poteet & Son Funeral Directors, 214 Davis Rd. , Augusta, GA 30907 (706) 364-8484.
