Virginia ‘Ginger’ Thomas, age 85, of Sanford, Florida passed away on Tuesday, November 20, 2018. Ginger was born on March 20, 1933 in Cambridge, Massachusetts to the late Arnold and Enith (Belbin) Harris. Ginger loved to travel, she also loved to crochet, and shop; time spent with her family especially her grandkids was also vey important to her.

Her family remembers fondly her banana nut bread at Christmas time. Ginger was predeceased by her parents, husband Charles E. Thomas, two brothers Charles, and Ernest Harris, and one sister Cis Finney. She is survived by her sons Barry (Sharon) Thomas and Steve (Gail) Thomas, daughter Stacey Depersia, sister Grace Mallo; her grandchildren Amanda Thomas, Haley Thomas, Joseph Thomas, Sarah ton, Spencer Thomas, Domenic Depersia, Madison Depersia; and one great grandchild Levi Thomas.

A memorial service for Ginger will be held on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Gramkow Funeral Home at 2:00 PM.
