Virginia Louise (Taylor) Black, was born on March 25, 1943 in Kansas City, Missouri to Katherine L. Wright. Virginia departed this life on November 17, 2018 in Independence, Missouri. She is preceded in death by her parents.

Virginia “Ginny” grew-up in Kansas City, Missouri. She attended and graduated from Lincoln High School class of 1961. She began working for IRS and she retired from Social Security Administration after providing thirty-two years as a Post Entitlement Technical Expert.

Her interest was in bowling, shopping dancing, spending time at the boat and spending time with her grandchildren and her kids. Virginia was married to Willie Harold Black they were married for 25 years. He proceeds her in death.

They have four beautiful children to cherish her memory: Andre Taylor, Tray Taylor (Elaine) Parisse Black (Barbara) Niwe Freeman (Christopher) She has eight grandchildren Nasece (Marcella) Courtnei, Christina, Chyanne, Tatiyanna Parisse Black Jr., Jaylen, Raina; four Great Grandchildren Amir, Laylah, Sanaa and Ahmad. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M., on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at First Baptist of Liberty in Liberty, Missouri. Visitation 10:00 A.M. Private Disposition.
