Virginia Catherine Stinson Graves, 70, of Scottsville, KY passed away Thursday, December 20, 2018 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green. The Scottsville, KY native was a homemaker, former employee of Allen County War Memorial Hospital, Dairy Queen, J. & L. Chemical and Kentucky Apparel and attended Abounding Ministries. She was a daughter of the late James Eugene Stinson and Annie Cathryn Long Stinson, who survives, and wife of the late Danny Edward “Gomer” Graves.

She is survived by her mother: Cathryn Long Stinson, Scottsville, KY; 2 sons: Barry Graves and wife, Karrie, of the Mt. Union Community and Daniel Graves and wife, Shena, Scottsville, KY; 2 daughters: Tammy Workman and husband, Charles, Lafayette, TN and Rhonda Dennis, Scottsville, KY; 2 brothers: Larry Stinson and wife, Velma, and Jerry Stinson and wife, Debbie, all of Scottsville, KY; 1 sister: Shenna Minix and husband, Owen, Scottsville, KY; 9 grandchildren: Brittany Pedigo, Cy Graves, Layne Graves, Logan Graves, Savannah Driver, McKenzie Dennis, Tiffney Workman, Ashley Workman and Charlie Workman; 3 great grandchildren: Aubree Pedigo, Briley Driver and Jakeb Driver; 7 nieces: Holly Thomason, Shelly Minix, Kali Clapp, Mary Beth Grubbs, Amanda Mansfield, Nikki West and Brooke Stinson. She was preceded in death by 1 brother: James Lewie Stinson.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Elvis Farley and Bro. Owen Minix officiating and burial in Walker’s Chapel Cemetery.

Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday and after 8:00 a.m. Sunday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.
