Virginia was born on April 20, 1925 to Charley Isom and Anganora (Billy) Isom in Daisy, Oklahoma. She married Robert Elmer “John” Stout in Reno, Nevada and together they had 3 sons.

He preceded her in death on August 28, 1990. Virginia was a Beautician. Virginia is a member of the McGee Valley Baptist Church and the Choctaw Nation.
