Winchell 87 passed away peacefully on Dec 26th, 2018 at Hillsboro House. Formerly a Merrimack resident for over 40 years. Born in Hairpin, Manchuria on July 9th, 1931 to the late Olga Makeeva Winchell.

He served in the US Air Force during the Korean War. He worked as an air traffic controller at the FAA Center in Nashua until his retirement. He was predeceased by his wife Jaclyn Belknap Winchell in 2001.

Together they raised three children, Robert Winchell of Holland, Valarie Sanel-Reinert of Hillsboro N.H. and Glen-Kelly Winchell of Leominster MA. He also leaves behind 7 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. There are no services.
