Mr. William Raymond White, 80 of Elm St., Lincolnton, Ga. entered into rest on Friday, January 11, 2019 at his residence. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, January 13, 2019 at 3 p.m. at Beggs Funeral Home, Lincolnton.

Interment will follow at Lincolnton City Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1:30 pm until the hour of the service at the funeral home. Mr. White, son of the late William and Alma Jennings White was born in McCormick, SC.

He had lived in Lincolnton for the past 58 years and retired from GADOT as a foreman. He loved his family and especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and great- grandchildren. His sister, Jeanette Land, preceded him in death.

He is survived by his wife, Margaret Ashmore White; daughters, Cindy W. Cartledge and husband, Don of Lincolnton, Machelle W. Usry and husband Gary of Greensboro; brother, Kenneth White and wife, Debbie of Aiken, SC; sister, Brenda Kalbfleisch and husband, Thomas of Ninety Six; four grandchildren, Grant Cartledge, Garrett Usry, Ashton Byrne, Mattie Raynor and four great- grandchildren, Hudler Cartledge, Fulton Cartledge, Rhett Byrne, and Asher Byrne. Beggs Funeral, 200 May Ave. , Lincolnton is honored to serve the family of Mr. Raymond White.
