Obituary for Wade W. Sublett Wade William Sublett Jr., age 84 of Upper Sandusky died Fri. Oct. 19, 2018 at his residence.

He was born Sept. 16, 1934 in Marion to the late Wade Sublett Sr. & Irene (Browning) Sublett Binau. He is survived by a daughter Angel (Scott) McMillion, 2 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren a brother Phillip Binau, and a sister Rose Swartz.

He was preceded in death by 3 brothers. Mr. Sublett enlisted in the US Air Force but was medically discharged for poor eye sight. Mr. Sublett worked at the brickyard in Morral, Mills Metal and Engineered Wire both of Upper Sandusky, and Modine in Pemberville.

He enjoyed listening to music and helped coach Little League Baseball. He was lifelong Cleveland Browns and Ohio State fan. Mr. Sublett was a ham radio operator.

His children and grandchildren were his pride and joy. After losing his eyesight, his abilities were restricted, but he never once complained or felt sorry for himself. He counseled a few people who lost their eyesight.

He was a great storyteller, especially to the younger ones. A graveside service will be held at 11:00AM Tue. Oct.

23, 2018 in Chapel Heights Cemetery with Rev. Floyd Radebaugh officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Academy of Ophthalmology or Hospice of Wyandot County in care of Bringman Clark Funeral Home 226 E. Wyandot Ave.
