Walter C. (Butch) Bone Jr., 75, of Springboro, passed away on Saturday, December 1, 2018, at the Meadville Medical Center. Born July 27, 1943, in Meadville, he was the son of Walter Sr. and Margaret Pisarchick Bone. Butch attended Conneaut Lake High School and then served our country in the United States Navy.

He worked at Steel Car in Greenville. He was known to many for distributing hot sauce and beef jerky to this region including Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia. Butch was an avid pool player and also enjoyed bowling and golfing in his younger years.

Survivors include two sons, Ronald C. Bone of Conneaut Lake and Joseph A. Bone of Long Island, New York; three grandchildren, Carly, Tyler and Tanner Bone; two sisters, Pat Hyder of Conneaut Lake and Rose Whelan of New Hampshire; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, John and two sisters, Kathy and Regina. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
