Mr. Addison was born February 2, 1966 in Dawson, GA to the late Raymond Cedric Addison Sr. and Carolyn Louise Herrington Addison.

He graduated Berry Academy High School in Rome, GA Class of 1965. Survivors include his children: Eric (Summer) Addison, Renee (Marty) Addison Blankenship of Rome, GA, 3 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, siblings: Diane Coley ofWaynesboro, VA, Ray (Joyce) Addison Jr. Of Jackson, TN, Ruby Smith of Leesburg, GA, several nieces and nephews.
