Memorial service Monday at 6:00PM at the Sayland Funeral Home in Maysville Predeceased by his grandson Nathan Mobley Polk Surviving are his wife Shelby Mallard Wells; son , David Wells of Maysville; daughter, Valencia Mobley of Maysville; sisters, Pattie Moore and Christine Daughtridge of Farmville, NC; grandchildren, Natalie Mobley and Brody Wells and great granddaughter, Emmalee Polk. .
