Obituary of Walter Hildebrand HILDEBRAND, Walter E. Age 57 of Elmira, NY. He was born March 7, 1961 in Ellenville, NY, son of the late Theron Avery and Irene Snyder, who survives and passed away Thursday, June 7, 2018 unexpectedly at home. He was predeceased by his son William Hildebrand, Sr and sister Martha Moorehead.

He is survived by his wife Peggy; children Lindsay (John) Williams of VA, Jennifer (Michael) Martin, Melissa (Chris Curkendall) Oglesby, Walter (Lexi Brewer) Hildebrand, Jr., Ryan Hildebrand, Jordan (Haylie Gross) Hildebrand and Jada Smith all of Elmira and Eddie Edelman of FL; son-in-law Melvin Oglesby of FL; grandchildren William, Jr., Karissa, Caleb, Bella, Sierra, Jade, McKensie, Jahkia, Mahkennah, Michael, Skyler, Arianna, Izzybella, MJ, Orlando, Kamren, Carter, Keagan and Andrew; great grandchildren Mimi, Jace and Kinsley; mother Irene Thompson of FL; brothers Tom of Waverly and Craig of NE; sister Jeri Major of FL along with several nieces and nephews. Walter was a career truck driver, driving for many different firms across the country and traveling across the country. He loved grilling and was a sarcastic jokester.

At his request, there will be no services.
