OBITUARY Mrs. Wanda Josephine Rawlings September 22, 1932 – November 3, 2018 Wanda Josephine Rawlings, 86, of Charleston WV, went home to be with the Lord on November 3, 2018. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was born on September 22, 1932 to Joe and Maggie Lambert.

She was a dedicated employee for the state of West Virginia having retired after over 20 years of employment. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband John Rawlings; daughter, Rebecca Star Wheeler; brother, Harry Lambert; and sister, Linda Hughart. Left to cherish her memory are her sons Perry Rawlings (Mary) of South Charleston and Van Rawlings of Charleston; daughters, Tammie Layne of Beckley, and Melanie Harless (Greg) of St. Albans.

; 12 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; 4 brothers; and 1 sister. Funeral service will be held at 1:00pm, Thursday, November 8, 2018 at Tyler Mountain Funeral Home 5233 Rocky Fork Road Cross Lanes, WV 25313 with Rev. Harold Burton Hall officiating.
