Wanda Mae McMillen, 47, of Manchester, Maryland, died on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at the Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster. Born on December 7, 1970 in Westminster, Maryland, she was the daughter of Ronald M. Hare and the late Margaret M. (Smith) Knoerlein. Wanda loved crafting and especially enjoyed making candles and jewelry.

She also enjoyed writing daily in her journal. Wanda will be deeply missed by all her friends and family who loved her. Surviving in addition to her father are sons, Dakota “Koty” N. Utz and Kc A. McMillen; sisters, Tara Wunder and husband Josh, and Martha Cole and husband Phil; brother, Craig Knoerlein and wife Nicki; grandchildren, Heath and Braxton.

A private Memorial Service will be held by the family at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to the MYERS-DURBORAW FUNERAL HOME in Westminster.
