Mr. Ward Manley, Jr. passed away Friday, December 14, 2018 at his residence. Mr. Manley was born November 1, 1926 to the late Joe Ward Manley, Sr & Bama Childs Manley. He retired as a school administrator and taught for 31 years.

Mr. Manley was a member of the Barwick Baptist Church. Survivors include his grandchildren, Christy (Terry) Drew of Barwick and Michael (Suzanne) Manley of Barwick; four great grandchildren. Mr. Manley was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Audrey Manley; son, Joe Manley; two brothers, Wilbert Manley, and Albert Manley; and one sister, Louise Scott.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Rosewood Cemetery with Rev. Elbert Channel officiating. The family will be receiving friends Tuesday morning at 10:00 a.m. at the Barwick Baptist Church in the Fellowship Hall.

Deacons of the church will serve as pallbearers.
