Wayne Rice, 39, of Indianapolis, IN was born November 21, 1979 to Wanda J. and Dillard R. Rice. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Herb (Roberta) Rice and Wanda J. (Willie) Murley; uncle, Billy Rice and best friend, Billy McDonald. Survivors include his spouse, Jessica Hammer; sons, Jalen and Landon Rice; daughter, Lexi Rice; brother, Bobby Rice; sister, Jamic (James) Lafever; uncles, Clarence, Bob, and John Murley; aunt, Elizabeth Murley; nephews, Jeremy Lafever, Daniel Gentry; nieces, Megan Gentry, Summer Lafever; cousins, Melissa Rice, Bobby, Max, Eli and Amanda Murley.

Wayne’s hobbies/special interests were fishing, going to the casino, plus wheeling and dealing. Wayne could sell a pair of glasses to a blind man. He was disabled.
