OBITUARY Wendell Crapser Piester August 15, 1922 – September 11, 2018 On September 11, 2018 Wendell C. Piester passed away. He was the beloved husband of the late Wanda R. Piester (nee Holley) devoted father of Nancy Hall and her late husband George Hall, and Ann Martin and her husband Michael Martin, Sr.; cherished grandfather of John J. Hall, Richard W. Hall, Michael E. Martin, Jr., Daniel G. Martin, Sarah E. Martin, and Erika L. Martin; loving great-grandfather of Ziggy Martin; dear brother of Kenneth Piester and the late Marilyn Martin. Relatives and friends are invited to visit at Schimunek Funeral Home Inc. 9705 Belair Rd.

Nottingham, MD 21236 on Friday, September 14, 2018, from 3-5 and 7-9 PM, where a Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2018, at 1:00 PM. Interment will be on Monday, September 17, 2018 at 2:00PM at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Rhinebeck, NY.
