Wesley Juanita (Francis) Powell, 89, of Bald Knob, died Thursday, May 02, 2019 at her home. She was born June 14, 1929 in Bigelow, Arkansas a daughter of the late Amos Wesley and Gola “Goldie” Francis. She and her late husband, David Robert “Bob” Powell were the owners and operators of Powell Funeral Home in Bald Knob.

She is survived by her son, David R. Powell, Jr. and wife Cathy; daughter, Cindy Powell Keedy and husband Ken; grandchildren, David Powell, III, Tammy Powell Bennett (Keith), Mark Waller, Emily Powell, Samantha Keedy and Jamie Keedy; great-grandchildren, Nicole, Robbie and Ben Powell, Victoria Mahoney, Elizabeth Taylor, Kassidy Cramblett, Madison Dodd, Camden Sutton, Hunter Hennings, Meoldy, J.J. and Brandon Keedy, Allie Lawrence and Grayson and Breckin Bernicken. She was preceded in death by seven sisters, one brother and a grandson, Lance Hunter. Visitation will be held Saturday from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, May 5, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel in Bald Knob.

Interment will follow in the Shady Grove Cemetery by Powell Funeral Home, Bald Knob – Judsonia. www. powellfuneralhome.net.
