Obituary for William Albert Harper William Harper, 55, of Beebe, died Thursday, December 13, 2018. He was born January 1, 1963 in Wilmington, California, the son of Virgil and Helen Harper. Bill is survived by his wife, Kathey; two daughters, Candice Sneed and husband Joey and Casie Starr and husband Nick; five grandchildren, Zachary, Dakota, Natasha, Skylar, and KayLynn; three brothers, Gary, Ray, and Mark; and one sister, Sheri.

He is preceded in death by his parents. Visitation will be Monday, December 17 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Home of Searcy. Funeral services will be Tuesday, December 18 at 2 p.m. at the Cornerstone Church of Ward.
