William Arthur Leland February 14, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook William Arthur Leland “Bill”, a native of Maryland born on November 10, 1953, passed away unexpectedly on February 14, 2019 in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Bill is survived by son Brian Leland and his wife Melissa Natale Leland; daughter Kaitlin Leland; daughter Elizabeth Leland and her fiance Michael Heinbauch; Mother Lois Leland (nee Adkins); siblings Lynn Adkins, Butch Leland, Donna Hunter, Janice Leland, and Diane Langley; former wife Barbara Leland (nee Burke); and many loving nieces, nephews, and family friends. He could be found at the neighborhood pool working on his suntan and keeping time for swim meets, or following his children, nieces, and nephews around on the lacrosse field.

Bill never missed a chance for a game or to spend time with his family. His competitive spirit led him to a successful career in the Liquor and Wine industry. A receiving of friends will be held on Thursday, February 21 from 6 – 8 pm at Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 York Road (at beltway exit 26) where a Memorial Service will be held on Friday, February 22 at 2 pm at Ruck Towson Funeral Home.
