Major William E. “Bill’ Parrish, 81, passed away on January 25, 2019. Bill is preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Parrish; parents, William E. and Ottillio Parrish; sister, Joanna Parrish Butler. Mr. Parrish is survived by his daughter, Elizabeth Parrish Burton and husband Gary of Fayettville, NC; grandchildren, Michelle Broughton Light and husband Josh of Salado, TX and Kelley Kathleen Seale; great grandchildren, Jace Ryan Light and Garrett Matthew both of Salado, TX; sister, Gay Parrish Butler; Nieces and nephews, Bryant Butler, Steven Butler both of California, Ardith Butler Smith and Holly Parrish Smith of Dallas, Morgan Parrish Smith of Houston; great nieces and nephews, Dakota Smith, Kiran Smith and Chloe Smith of Houston.

A memorial service with Military Honors was held at First United Methodist Church of Burnet on January 31, 2019. Arrangements under the care of Jenkins Funeral Home, formerly Edgar Funeral Home, Burnet, Texas.
