OBITUARY William “Bill” R. Wells April 8, 1933 – September 25, 2018 William “Bill” R. Wells, 85, retired Instructional Engineer and Flight Mechanic for 41 years with Beechcraft entered eternal rest on Sunday, September 23, 2018. Bill loved to garden and could grow any kind of vegetable and any type of flower. He was passionate about cars and enjoyed fixing and tinkering with them.

He was a member of the Dudes Car Club. Preceded in death by his father Fred and step-mother Irene, his mother Delsie and step-brother Bill Thurman. Survived by his loving wife of 46 years Pat, sons Bill and wife Denise Wells , Mike Wells and significant other Diane Maupin, step-son Eric Schwepker, daughters Ine Sande and Sini Hermelin, brother Fred and wife Elia Wells, sister Dorothy and husband Frank Alvarado, half-brothers Jim and wife Caren Griffen and Jerry and wife Barbara Griffen, 4 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Rosary, 7pm, Fri. Sept 28th, Memorial Mass, 11am, Sat. Sept.

29th both at St. Patrick Catholic Church with burial to follow at Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial to St. Patrick Catholic Church, Kansas Humane Society or Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice.
