On December 20, 2018 David Hull finished his race, and heard his Heavenly Father say those wonderful words “well done my good and faithful servant welcome home”. David was born September 25, 1956 in Pampa, TX to Merle and Imogene Hull. He graduated from Lubbock High School and attended Texas Tech University.

He married the love of his life on January 27, 1976. He worked in transportation all of his adult life. He was an active member of the Walmart Heart Team where he served children with special needs.

He loved spending time with family, and all of his friends, but especially his grandchildren. He was happiest while serving others. He loved nascar, the cowboys and anything Texas Tech.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years Retha Hull. His children Craig Hull wife Stephanie, Stefanie Poyner, Kristen Morcom husband Thomas. His brother Ross Hull and sister Jaynea Geoghegan.

Four grandchildren, Tyler Poyner, Jayla Poyner, Bailey Morcom, and Serenity Hull. He is preceded in death by his parents Merle and Imogene Hull, brother Donald Ray Hull, sister Joyce Keon, along with other family and friends.
