Obituary for William H. “Bill” Method William H. “Bill” Method, 56, of Wapakoneta, died 3:27 p.m., Sat. April 7, 2018, at the Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys, OH. He was born April 25, 1961, in Lima, OH, the son of Robert Hennon & Letha Hager (Donald) Method, who preceded him in death.

On Sept. 5, 1981, he married Diane M. Sawmiller, and she survives. Other survivors include, a son, Chase (Kendra Fledderjohann) Method, Wapakoneta, 2 grandchildren, Braxton & Weston, 3 siblings, Jean (Steve) Turner, Waynesfield, Richard Hennon, St. Marys, Sandy (Dennis) McLaughlin, Beaver, PA, a father-in-law, William Sawmiller, St. Marys, a sister-in-law, Lorie Hennon, Botkins, He was preceded in death by a brother, Kelly Hennon, and his mother-in-law, Doris Sawmiller.

Bill had worked as a sawyer at Hoge Lumber Co., New Knoxville for 20 years. He was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, Wapakoneta, and served as a 4-H leader for 10 years. He enjoyed gardening, cooking, woodworking, and attending tractor pulls.

He most especially enjoyed spending time with his grandsons. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Wed. April 11, 2018, at the Eley Funeral Home & Crematory, 1102 Lincoln Ave.

(St. Rt. 501), Wapakoneta, with Rev. Becky Sunday officiating and Rev.

Elaine Mikesell assisting. Burial will follow in the Kossuth Cemetery. The family will receive friends 4-8 p.m., Tues.

and 1 hr. prior to the service, Wed. at the funeral home.
