Obituary for William H. Niemeyer, II William H. Niemeyer, II, 82, of Reisterstown passed away on May 6, 2019 at Carroll Lutheran Village, Westminster, MD. He was born on May 25, 1936 in Baltimore, MD to the late William L. Niemeyer and Frances (nee Fairbank) Niemeyer. He was married to the late Dorothy N. (nee Nash) Niemeyer and the late Maryellen S. (nee Spinale) Niemeyer.

Mr. Niemeyer was an administrator for the State of Maryland for 22 years. He served in the US Air Force. He is survived by his son William L. (Lee) Niemeyer, II and his wife Bonnie of Catonsville; daughter Cynthia N. Schaeffer and her husband Daniel of Severna Park; sister Katherine N. Brown; grandchildren Rachel L. Oster, Jason A. Niemeyer, Kyle T. Niemeyer, Erin M. Schaeffer and Dorothy S. Schaeffer; great granddaughter Audrey E. Oster.

Predeceased by sister Althea N. Harden. Family will receive friends at the Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown, MD Tuesday, May 14, 2019, 7-9pm and Wednesday, May 15, 2019, 10-11am at Grace Lutheran Church, 21 Carroll Street, Westminster, MD 21157. Interment in Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, Bill preferred contributions be made in his memory to Grace Lutheran Church, 21 Carroll Street, Westminster, MD 21157.
