Mr. William Howard Collinsworth, age 88 passed away Tuesday, December 25, 2018 at the families’ hunting lodge. He was born September 8, 1930 in North Walton County, the son of Mason and Katie Bell McCollough Collinsworth. Howard was an outdoors man and loved hunting and fishing.

He is predeceased by his wife, Mary VanDenDriessehe Collinsworth. Among survivors are his children, Kenneth Lee Collinsworth and wife Tammy, Kathy Collinsworth Merriman and husband Walt, Kelvin Edward Collinsworth and wife Coleen and William Bryan Collinsworth. Also surviving are his grandchildren, Julia, Jason, Joshua, Jacob, Misty, Merenda, Curtis, Alisha, Chris, Hunter and Hailey.

Floral arrangements are being accepted. A time of visitation will be Friday, December 28, 2018 from 10 A.M. until 11 A.M. in Jerry Evans Chapel with the funeral beginning at 11:00 A.M. with Chaplain Thomas Phillips officiating and a Eulogy by Kelvin Collinsworth. Burial will follow in the Collinsworth Family Plot in Gum Creek Cemetery.
